Delivery & Returns

We deliver via Royal Mail. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse and are usually delivered within 3 to 4 working days for stock items, If an item is an order item the order could take up to 3 - 10 weeks. We offer standard delivery charges which start at £5.95 per order to all parts of the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands although dispatched orders to these parts of the UK will take between 5-7 working days and are usually delivered by the next day.

We also dispatch Worldwide. International shipping costs are currently £9.99.

If we are unable to deliver your parcel it will be returned to us and your credit/debit card refunded. Please allow up to 10 working days for this process from receipt of the the order back to us If your order is lost in transit we reserve the right to investigate before we offer to replace or refund.

Payment

We accept payment from the following: Visa; Visa Delta / Electron; MasterCard; Maestro, and Paypal

We engage SagePay, a payment provider, to process any credit/debit transaction you may make on our behalf. When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail sent by Sage Pay confirming your payment transaction details.

You are responsible for ensuring the e-mail address and other contact details you provide to us are correct. We will not be responsible if you do not receive the Dispatch Note, email or other confirmation from us where the details you have supplied are incorrect or in the event of communication failure outside our control.

General Notices and Disclaimers

We are not responsible for the performance of any obligations under these terms and conditions in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control (force majeure), including (but not limited to) strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment. All notices which we need to give to you under these terms and conditions will be sent by us to your registered e-mail address.

These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the goods. 

 

Returns

We are so confident that you'll love your new products that we now offer free returns to our customer in the UK!  Simply return your outfit, keep hold of your receipt and we'll refund your postage costs up to a maximum of £5.99.  

We are more than happy to replace or refund your items provided they are returned complete and unused within 7 working days of receipt.

Please contact sales@amaras-online.com to return a product. 

Please note all returns must be sent via a recorded / signed for form of delivery.

Once the goods are received by ourselves your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

 

(points to note, the small print) 

For fraud prevention purposes, refunds can only issued back to the original card used for payment.

Please ensure items are adequately packaged and labelled with your details (it's important we know who has sent the return!).  It is also advisable to take adequate insurance out on the parcel being returned.

Amaras Online can of course only be responsible for the goods once they have been received by ourselves.  

If a parcel is delivered to you and it seems as though it has been opened or damaged please do not sign for it and contact us.

For health & safety and hygiene reasons jewellery, cosmetics and hair accessories cannot be returned.  

If you would like to exchange your product as opposed to have a refund, we must note that all exchanges are subject to availability (i.e.we can't offer you an exchange if we no longer have the product available)

Postage costs to send an order out to you are non refundable, including costs for any special requests you make i.e Saturday delivery.

All special delivery orders made at the customers request including replacement products requests are include our non-refundable £5 administration charge.  Should an order be returned, the administration charge is deducted from any refund given.

Please note any order that has been personalised, stitched or custom made to a customers request cannot be returned or exchanged under the distance selling regulations.  If you cancel a personalised order  then a cancellation charge of up to 50% is payable for work already carried out on your order.  

All goods on Amaras Online are sold unstitched as standard for you to style yourself.  If however you require an outfit to be stitched, we can do this for you free of charge.  By opting to have a product stitched, the above term applies.
